Production Engineer | Manufacturing | Full-Time | Pune

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality and continuous improvement
  • Optimising workflows and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Analyse and evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Design, implement and oversee improvements to the production workflows.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production-related problems and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and take quality control measures to ensure that product specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage the supply chain and ensure timely production.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, standard operating procedures and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in production engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and generator sets.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot engine and genset issues in the field.
  • Conduct performance tests and inspections to ensure equipment meets operational standards.
  • Document all service and repair activities accurately.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain an inventory of parts and tools required for field service.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers when necessary.
  • Coordination with customers for Invoice, ledger, Cheques or payment issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee all inventory-related activities within the store.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet business needs.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Arrangement of all material in Stock area with proper labelling.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
  • Forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. To maintain ISO Documentation
  • Train and supervise store staff on inventory management best practices.
  • Update related Software if any

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hiring, Recruitment, creating job description and design, Onboarding and training, performance management of new employees
  • Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counselling employees and supervisors
  • Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it’s high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion. Conflict resolution
  • Managing compensation and benefits to employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation (Reels, Flyers, Carousals, Presentations), publishing, and community management.
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing.
  • Analyse analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.
  • All type of internet marketing for brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and present statements, such as Invoice, balance sheets, income and cash flow. Handling of Tally, ERP system and GST Returns.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and studying account information.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Manage treasury payment issues where applicable, including domestic and foreign payments.
  • Ensure that the organisation complies with all financial regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards and reporting requirements in India.
  • Understand the recorded loans and SEC and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate and consult with stakeholders throughout the enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
  • Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.
  • Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
  • Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
  • Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
  • Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software.
  • Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.
  • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Taking part in team meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-Procurement Portal.
  • Updating of product/service catalogue in GEM portal.
  • Deletion or Updating of New product /Specification/prices.
  • Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the above-mentioned portals.
  • Government Tender Online & Offline Filling. Submission of Bids like Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid and Normal Bid.
  • Coordination with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender
  • Handling a high volume of customer enquiries floated under the GEM portal.
  • Acting as contact points for all Government agency or organizational personnel.
  • Keeping lists of the Government agencies or personnel representing the person, agency, or organization.
  • Develop, maintain, and intensify contacts with relevant government departments and authorities.
  • Counter & solve GEM queries of clients.
