21 Years Experience, in Power Sector, Diesel Generating Sets, HT & LT Power Distributions, for various types of projects including Industrial Units, Residential buildings, Process Industries , commercial malls offices, Dairy projects, Data center, IT floors and Switching Centers, Hospitals, along with Mega Township projects, Central Government, State Government & various private Projects. Started career in Kirloskar Oil Engines in 2001 as a Trainee Engineer and work for their Pune and Mumbai offices. I have worked at dealership level as a “Vice President” and reached upto “Sr. VP and Business Head”.

Founder & CEO

Mr. Deepak Gawade a Mechanical Engineer, with 25 years of experience in the field of generator manufacturing, selling and renting. He founded Gawade Green Power in the year 2013 with a mission of providing power solutions to global customers. Started his career as a Trainee Engineer in an engine manufacturing company and rose to the rank of Sr. VP before starting his entreprenuership journey. He partnered with Escorts Kubota Ltd. as an OEM in 2022. Started state of the art manufacturing facility to produce world class generators in Pune district. His focus has always been providing quality products and services to the customers.

Mrs. Archana D. Gawade

Founder & CEO

Mrs. Archana Gawade has completed her Master's in Pharamcy from the Pune University. She aces the show with all the experience and knowledge to excel. She has the needed qualification and the management skills to sail across her venture which makes her the perfect model for the aspirants in the related. She has also been awarded with "Bharat Gaurav" for her outstanding work in the the pharma field. She has been part of the Gawade Green Power Pvt Ltd since inception and has major contribution in developing the systems and processes of the company.

Founder & CEO

Brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Director of Operations at GGPS. With a distinguished background in marketing, holding an MBA, she has amassed over 13 years of invaluable experience in effectively managing the back-office operations of genset marketing.

Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations, makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
