KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and generator sets.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot engine and genset issues in the field.
- Conduct performance tests and inspections to ensure equipment meets operational standards.
- Document all service and repair activities accurately.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain an inventory of parts and tools required for field service.
- Provide technical support and training to customers when necessary.
- Coordination with customers for Invoice, ledger, Cheques or payment issues.
